This morning we took Monty for his morning walk to the other side of the river close to our home. There were more people there, but still plenty of room for him to swim in the river, sniff every leaf and to do his business. It was interesting to see fields of sunflowers on the opposite bank that we had never seen before, and also 'our' side of the river from the opposite bank. Going early meant we had the rest of the day to enjoy at home - perfect!
