We planned a day full of activities with our gorgeous grandbaby Joy. We started with taking her swimming - to find that she did not recognise Grandad without his glasses in the pool. Still we had a great time splashing around and teaching her to jump into the water. We then returned to Ive-Lou Towers to play toys and have some lunch. Joy was her usual cheeky irrepressible self, full of mischief and Joy! The Christmas tree decordations on the lower branches were re-organised, her books soon spread around, and she even learned that Strawberry Milk is delicious. Ironically, she was fast asleep during our weekly grocery shop, so she missed out on hurling groceries into the back of the trolley. She also missed popping in to see her Great Granny, but we still had a wonderful day with her.
